ALL FOR
THE
TENANT
Everything about this space was designed
with the tenants in mind

- The location facing Meiji-dori is great for attracting customers and has incredible advertising potential
PROMOTION
- A multivision screen exceeding 100 m2, which is set to become a Harajuku landmark
- Crown lighting on the roof to attract attention even at night
FREXIBLE
- Large windows and as few obstructions as possible
- A floor design with minimal wasted space
EQUIPMENT
- Double-wall curtain for excellent heat insulation
- High-quality flame-retardant paint with minimal impact on the exterior design
SOLUTION
Not for attracting the eye, or for waving a flag.
Simply the optimal solution derived from the location,
the surrounding nature, and various other innate properties.
The unique character of the building and
how it blends in with its environment will be sure to remain
in the memories of its visitors.
