ABOUT

The culture of Harajuku,
the trends of Shibuya,
and the nature of Yoyogi.

Jingumae 6-chome, the midpoint between Shibuya and Harajuku,
is a special place where all of these elements intersect.

City × nature
Culture × diversity
Nostalgia × innovation

Where various elements come together,
intersect, and give birth to new things.

CONCEPT

ALL FOR
THE
TENANT

Everything about this space was designed
with the tenants in mind

ATTENTION

  • The large frontage of 12.5 m (H) × 15.2 m (W) can be freely designed by the tenants to create a facade for Jingumae 6-chome almost like a painting on a canvas
  • The location facing Meiji-dori is great for attracting customers and has incredible advertising potential

PROMOTION

  • A multivision screen exceeding 100 m2, which is set to become a Harajuku landmark
  • Crown lighting on the roof to attract attention even at night

FREXIBLE

  • Large windows and as few obstructions as possible
  • A floor design with minimal wasted space

EQUIPMENT

  • Double-wall curtain for excellent heat insulation
  • High-quality flame-retardant paint with minimal impact on the exterior design

SOLUTION

Not for attracting the eye, or for waving a flag.
Simply the optimal solution derived from the location,
the surrounding nature, and various other innate properties.
The unique character of the building and
how it blends in with its environment will be sure to remain
in the memories of its visitors.

WORKS

Construction work reflecting the history and
tastes of the local area
Experience creating various landscapes in the
Jingumae and Aoyama areas
Sophisticated architectural techniques
Pride and passion of engineers
This project combines all of the above as
we constantly evolve and take on new challenges.

LOCATION

Jingumae 6-chome is the area leading
from Shibuya to Harajuku via Meiji-dori,
and includes Omotesando, Ura-Harajuku,
and Takeshita-dori.

Shibuya × Harajuku = Shibu-Hara
This new landmark will be born in a special location
where two famous areas of Tokyo intersect.
